The applicant Management shall implement integrated pest management <br />(IPM) practices in accordance with the University of Minnesota Agricultural <br />Extension Service recommendations. <br />27. 21. The golf course and accessory facilities shall be operated within the locally <br />defined golfing season. Any expansion to a year round facility will require an <br />amended Conditional Use Permit. <br />28. The applicant will have a review of Integrated Pest Management Plan, Quality <br />Assurance Schedule, Wildlife Management Plan, Fertilizer Plan,Water Use Plan by <br />Planning Commission with outside expertise to review water quality in November <br />1994. Thereafter an annual review will be conducted by the Planning and Zoning <br />Office. <br />29. 22. “Golf balls cannot be hit or retried from unplayable rough area” shall be <br />included in the course rules. <br />23. Management will continue having wetlands #1, 2 and 3 (as designated <br />by AW Research) tested by a certified laboratory two times, once in mid- <br />summer and once in the fall, every five years starting in 2015. <br /> <br />24. Management shall maintain a water level in the beaver pond south of <br />the 4th green that prevents standing water in the wetland west of the 5th <br />fairway and shall maintain a trail to said pond from behind the 4th green.” <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Applicable Regulations: <br /> <br />Section 17-11.6 CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br /> <br /> 1. Conditional Use Permits shall be issued to the property for structures or <br />other specified uses after a public hearing and approval by the Planning <br />Commission. All applications for a Conditional Use Permit shall be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator 30 days ahead of the hearing date, accompanied by a <br />certificate of survey (unless waived by the Zoning Administrator) showing the <br />details of the proposal and an accurate legal description, along with the appropriate <br />fee. The fee or contract owner of the property shall sign the application. The <br />Zoning Administrator shall notify all property owners within a minimum of 350 <br />feet by regular mail and shall advertise the hearing once in the legal section of the <br />official newspaper at least 10 days ahead of the public hearing. The Zoning <br />Administrator shall send the same notice 10 days in advance of this hearing to the <br />DNR if the proposed is in shoreland.
