The applicants are the owners of both parcels. <br /> <br />The Parcel A contains a single family dwelling that encroaches on the lake <br />setback, a detached garage that encroaches on the side yard setback and an <br />accessory structure that encroaches on the side yard setback. The parcel is non- <br />conforming in width as it is 80.14 feet at the OHW. This parcel is zoned <br />Shoreline Residential and Rural Residential. The subject property is served by a <br />deep well and a private subsurface sewage treatment system. <br /> <br />The Parcel B is vacant and is zoned Shoreline Residential. This is a conforming <br />parcel with 213.59 feet at the OHW. <br /> <br />The applicants are proposing a lot line adjustment that would move the west <br />property line of Parcel A to the west making the lot conforming in size at 100 feet
