Individual letters, symbols and numbers shall not be <br />less than 8” in height. <br /> <br />(i) Color: Dynamic displays shall be comprised of two <br />colors. One color shall be used for a solid background and <br />the second color shall be used for letters, symbols and <br />numbers. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Findings: Staff provides the following Findings of Fact for consideration <br />by the Planning Commission: <br /> <br />1. The amendment is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; <br />2. The amendment will eliminate the inconsistency between gas pricing and <br />dynamic displays in the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Direction: The Planning Commission can <br />recommend the Ordinance Amendment, deny the application, or table the <br />request if additional information is needed.
