Pequot Lakes Staff Report 4(a) - 1 <br />June 18, 2015 <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Application: Ordinance Amendment Regarding the Rural Residential <br />Zoning Classification <br /> <br />Applicant: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> <br />Agenda Item: 4 (a) <br /> <br />Background Information: In April the Planning Commission held a Public <br />Hearing and unanimously recommended the City Council amend the Ordinance <br />to reduce the Minimum Buildable Lot Area and remove the Maximum Accessory <br />Structure limits in the Transition Residential Zone. During discussion it was <br />noted by the Planning Commission that the accessory structure size should also <br />be amended in the Rural Residential Zone.
