Pequot Lakes Staff Report 4 (b) - 2 <br />May 21, 2015 <br /> <br />(5) To hear appeals from the actions of the Board of Adjustment and <br />the Planning Commission where their action is normally final. Said <br />appeals shall be heard within thirty (30) days of the Planning <br />Commission or Board of Adjustment action and the City shall re- <br />notify anyone noticed for the public hearing at which the decision <br />was made. Said appeals shall be filed with the City Clerk within <br />fifteen (15) days of the decision. <br /> <br />However, when the amendment went to the Council for adoption, there was a <br />misunderstanding of what the intent was and the Council amended the <br />Ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />Section 17-11.2 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> <br />2. Duties of the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />B. To consider appeals from the action of the Zoning Administrator <br />wherein the Board will take the authority of the Administrator. Said <br />appeals shall be filed with the City Clerk within ninety (90) days of the <br />decision. The Board of Adjustment will hear any appeal within sixty <br />(60) days of the Zoning Administrator’s action. <br /> <br />Section 17-11.5 CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />2. The City Council shall have the following duties under this Chapter: <br /> <br />C.
