January 9 letter to Lonesome Real Estate regarding possible vehicle repair <br />taking place; <br />2. January 20 email from Planning Commission Member Hallan regarding <br />inspection at James Byrne property; <br />3. January 20 letter to Crow Wing County SWCD regarding Preserve Golf <br />Course; <br />4. January 20 letter to Nancy Adams and Margaret Hendrickson regarding <br />metes and bounds subdivision approval; <br />5. January 23 letter to James Byrne regarding resolution of his accessory <br />structure building height violation; <br />6. January 27 letter to Mr. and Mrs. David Kennedy regarding metes and <br />bounds approval condition; <br />7. February 3 Memo to area SSTS Designers and Installers informing them of <br />our new SSTS Ordinance and enclosing SSTS Permit Application; <br />8. WWTF Public Hearing <br /> <br /> Mayor Sjoblad opened the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Tim Houle, City Engineer, gave a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the <br />draft Facility Plan. Tim Houle explained that the City is considering <br />improvements to its Wastewater Treatment Facility.
