July 16, 2013 <br />Pequot Lakes Housin� & Redevelopment Authoritv <br />Commissioners present: Bob Peterson, Robert Ritter, Peggy Packard, Jane Ness (not present-Laura Hofius) <br />Also present: Executive Director-Carlson, Assistant Director-Anderson, Maintenance-Moser, Mayor-Adams <br />Tenants: None <br />*Call Re�ular Meeting to Order <br />5:18 p.m. Commissioner Peterson called the meeting to order. <br />XConsider Agenda/ Changes <br />No Changes <br />*Consent Agenda/Regular Meetin� <br />Motion to Accept the Minutes & Payment of the Bills <br />Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Packard, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />*West Grove <br />P& I payment for August will be made without taking money from account. <br />*Sibley Terrace <br />Motion made to put the remaining funds from the 2011 CFP into Administration. Grant then ready to <br />close out. <br />Moved by Ness, Seconded by Ritter, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />*ParkView <br />The MHFA MOR inspection went well. <br />*Alpine <br />Security lock installed is working well. <br />Executive Director's Report. <br />The HRA Auditor is coming to do FYE. Request for closed meeting next month for E.D. review after the <br />regular board meeting. <br />*Maintenance En�ineer's Report <br />Power failure at Alpine caused halls & laundry electricity to be out. The units had power. A temporary <br />power pack is in use right now until the problem gets fixed by MN Power. <br />*Other Business <br />New Beautician, Kyle, has started at Sibley Terrace.
