City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes <br />AGENDA ITEM #9.5 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Report Prepared by: Sandy Peine, City Clerk <br />Date: July 2, 2013 <br />Subiect: Resolution of Support for State Bond Funds <br />Report: The City has submitted an application for request <br />of State Bond Funds for 2014. The City's application is to <br />replace the wastewater treatment facility spray irrigation <br />field equipment that will be impacted by the Highway 371 <br />Project. Tim Houle prepared the application. Staff <br />submitted the application to Minnesota Management and <br />Budget. Copies were also sent to the City's legislative <br />representatives, Carrie Ruud and John Ward. <br />Representative Ward responded by indicating that he would <br />be putting in an individual bill for this project next <br />legislative session. <br />Tim Houle will be able to answer any questions the Council <br />may have. <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion adopting the <br />attached resolution of support for the request. <br />
