AGENDA ITEM #8.1 <br /> Cry Of <br /> Pequott <br /> Lakes - -- <br /> REPORT TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Report Prepared by: Nancy Malecha <br /> Date: April 5, 2016 <br /> Subiect: Joint Powers Agreement <br /> Report: The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has <br /> requested the City to approve the attached Resolution, Joint <br /> Powers Agreement, and Court Amendment. <br /> The Joint Powers Agreement is a five-year agreement that <br /> provides the City with access to the Minnesota Criminal <br /> Justice Data Communications Network (CJDN) and its <br /> systems and tools that reside in this Network. The annual <br /> fee for this access is $180. <br /> The Court Amendment is a five-year agreement that <br /> coincides with the Joint Powers Agreement and provides <br /> the City with access to and/or submission of court data. <br /> There is no additional fee for this access. <br />
