Packard <br />*Call Meeting to Order <br />5:15 p.m. Commissioner Peterson welcomed everyone & also welcomed our guest Paul Springsted <br />*Consider Asenda/ Changes <br />Paul Springsted presented resolution for the refinancing restructure of the debt service for West Grove. <br />Approved Minutes & Payment of Bills Moved by Ritter, seconded by Ness, All ayes; Motion carried. <br />*West Grove <br />RES 2012-8 Resolution to adopt refinancing West Grove Town Homes Moved by Ritter, seconded by <br />Youngberg, All ayes; Motion carried. <br />RES 2012-10 Approve Operating Budget for West Grove Moved by Peterson, seconded by Ritter, All ayes; <br />Motion carried. <br />*Siblev Terrace <br />Discussed a Revision to the 2010 CFP and building up the Reserve Account. <br />*ParkView <br />Working on getting bids to paint the halls of ParkView II. Executive Director Carlson stated that we did not <br />� get the rent increase and the utility allowance did not change. <br />*Alpine <br />We now have a signed contract to black top the area discussed a couple years ago. This area will create an <br />additional parking spot and ease snow removal. <br />*Executive Director's renort. <br />The Board was presented an additional bill page that had the staff payroll amounts that were missed on <br />several bill signings in the past. <br />RES 2012-9 Resolution passed that approves Executive Director Carlson to be the Coordinator for the EIV <br />system. Moved by Ritter, seconded by Ness, All ayes; Motion carried. <br />*Maintenance Engineer's report <br />None <br />*Other Business <br />Mayor Adams was pleased to announce the Government Drive Project is approved and may add in <br />sidewalk project if it is in the budget now that the bids came in. <br />It is noted that the indoor tree donated to the library from ParkView I is flourishing and we were <br />thanked again from Mayor Adams for the donation. <br />*Onen Forum <br />No comments from any attendees <br />1�,.. <br />Adiournment 6:05 p.m. Moved by Ritter , seconded by Youngberg, All ayes: Motion carried. <br />Chrm Sec. <br />
