The <br />fees collected were $450.00. <br />*** Permit applications through March, 2012 are 10, compared with 11 for 2011, 9 <br />for 2010, 3 for 2009, 15 for 2008, 15 for 2007, 20 for 2006, 20 for 2005 and 22 for <br />2004! <br />Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems: <br />The Zoning Office received and processed 2 SSTS Designs in April. The fees <br />collected were $400.00. <br />Both of these Designs were for failing systems. One was triggered as part of a <br />Compliance Inspection for a Land Use Permit and the other was found when the <br />drainfield failed. <br />Meetings Attended: <br />■ Apri12 — Two onsite visits; <br />■ Apri15 — Wellness Committee; <br />■ April i� — Wellness Committee; <br />■ Apri119 — Planning Commission meeting; <br />Notes: <br />■ Wellhead Protection Update — Provided 2oii pumping volumes and 5-year <br />projected pumping volumes to the Department of Health for their use in <br />amending Part I of the Plan. <br />■ Clean Water Land and Legacy Amendment Fund Grant — The property <br />owner is moving ahead with his plans to seal the abandoned well. Staff <br />plans to create an educational piece explaining the process and the <br />necessity for sealing abandoned wells. <br />Completed Apri125, 2012 <br />Continued <br />
