Grove St was approved <br /> by Water Department to be on the 2016 Freeze Run but <br /> wasn't communicated to the billing staff until after January <br /> billing process was completed. This resulted in Mr. <br /> Wenzler's bill being calculated on gallons used instead of <br /> the average of September 2015 through December 2015, as <br /> is the policy for Freeze Run participants. Attached is the <br /> calculation of the credit. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion to approve a <br /> credit in the amount of$147.40 for Freeze Run water usage <br /> for January. <br />
