Other Business <br />Council Member Ryan informed the Council that he is working with Paul <br />Steinman from Springsted to look into the possibility of refinancing the <br />water bonds. He stated that there will be a proposal regarding this issue at <br />the June Council meeting. The Council agreed to pursue the benefits of <br />refunding the water bonds. <br />Council Member Malecha thanked Scott Pederson for designing and <br />completing the park brochures for 2012. <br />13.
