`.. <br />City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes <br />Monthly Activity Report For <br />Office Assistant <br />March 2012 <br />07-18-11 work schedule changed to temporary full time 30 hrs/wk Clerks Office plus 10 hrs/wk Police <br />Dept. <br />CLERKS OFFICE <br />- Contacted vendors and received quotes for copier for budgets. <br />- Compiled copier quotes into an excel spreadsheet to compare features and cost. <br />- Contacted vendors and received quotes for postage machine. <br />- Compiled postage machine quotes into an excel spreadsheet to compare features <br />and costs. <br />- Contacted two vendors to request quotes for postage machine and folding <br />machine. Current postage machine lease is up Sept. 2012. <br />- Compiled monthly activity report to submit to City Clerk. <br />- Typed new monthly building inspection report forms for Maintenance. <br />- Process dog license request <br />- Process reservations for the Cole building and City parks. <br />`. UTILITY BILLING <br />- 45 minutes on the phone with Civic to correct a sales tax issue. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />- Updated agency information form for the BCA. Had to research what most of it <br />meant since I am not familiar with the terminology and processes. <br />- As TAC, I am responsible for running Criminal History and Background Checks <br />for gun permits, liquor licenses, etc. <br />- I will be responsible for issuing Permits to Purchase Firearms. This includes, <br />running Criminal History, Background Check, preparing and issuing the Gun <br />Pertnit. <br />- Made new binders for POR's, OFP's, Fugitives & Warrants. <br />- Ordered Cascade to install (Free) CD Burner XP on computer. This is free and is <br />used to copy DVD's. <br />- Trained with Chief Jim Exsted from Baxter PD on E-Charging process for our <br />Agency. <br />- Worked with Chief Exsted setting up information in LETG for our agency so it's <br />ready to start E-Charging to the County Attorney's office. <br />- Contacted Becky at Baxter PD to have her explain the numbering system used <br />when adding supplementals to an ICR so triggers will be sent to County <br />Attorney's Office each time one is added. <br />- Contacted Lydia at County Attorney's Office to have her turn on our Agency to <br />� go live with E-Charging. <br />C/activity report <br />
