Due to a <br /> drainage problem, we also included some new catch <br /> basins and storm sewer. <br /> With the two City Council meetings in February, <br /> advertising deadlines, and wanting to give prospective <br /> bidders a reasonable time to bid the project, we are <br /> proposing the following schedule for publically bidding <br /> the project. <br /> • Start advertising in the Echo Journal on Thursday, <br /> February 18, 2016. We will also advertise on <br /> QuestCDN, a website that construction contractors <br /> track for potential bid / projects. <br />
