Walker *Call Re�ular Meeting to Order 5:20 p.m. Commissioner Ritter called the meeting to order XConsider Agenda/ Chan�es No Changes *Consent Agenda/Regular Meetin� Motion to Accept the Minutes Moved by Hofius, Seconded by Packard, All Ayes; Motion carried. Motion to Accept the Bills Moved by Packard, Seconded by Hofius, All Ayes; Motion carried. XWest Grove None *Siblev Terrace The Sequestration is causing us to only get 82% of our subsidy. The cutback has already started two months ago. The Housing Authority has accepted bids for seal coating & striping the parking lot and has chosen Mike Schaeffer's bid of $2375.00 Commissioner Peterson arrived and continued the meeting. Commissioner Peterson and Executive Director Carlson had a conference call this afternoon with HUD concerning years 2009, 2010, 2011. We now are a High Performance Housing Authority as of 3-31-2013. *ParkView The Housing Authority was presented with the idea of starting up an Exercise Class again by the Physical Therapist that has work in the building before. The suggested times would be Mondays and Thursdays. Motion to try the exercise classes held by Cindy at ParkView I available for all residents. Moved by Packard, Seconded by Ritter, All Ayes; Motion carried. *Alnine None Executive Director's Report. None *Maintenance En�ineer's Renort Snow equipment is finally put away just a couple weeks ago and has started mowing the lawn. *Other Business The link fence at Alpine that was infringing on the neighbors property has been taken down and no plans to replace it. *Open Forum None xAdiournment 5:35 p.m. Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Packard, All Ayes: Motion carried.
