This project will continue to be an integral community element <br /> and SAS is happy to submit a proposal for the work. We could start working on this project immediately. Our proposal is as follows: <br /> We are prepared to complete the Master Plan,Design Development Phase through an estimated Phase I Construction Plans for <br /> the Bobber Park Highway 371 Vacation Project as discussed. <br /> Master Planning Design Plans <br /> Working with the community SAS will create a community based Master Plan for the project area. Our scope of work includes: <br /> • Input Collection: Working with you, city groups and the other design team members; gathering input on aspects such <br /> as current and future park uses,trail connection to the City, site elements, storm water elements, materials, landscaping, <br /> lighting,site design,grading,etc. This input could be completed though various methods varying from"private polling" <br /> to group exercises to gather community input,prioritize input and build consensus. <br /> > Site Visit/Mtg. #1 on site work day with user groups, City, civic members etc. to define goals and <br /> objectives as well as opportunities and constraints. This allows for greater flexibility of input. <br /> • Working with Committee and community input to design preliminary Master Plans showing potential elements which <br /> may include- <br /> o Garden and stormwater treatment areas <br /> o Trailhead <br /> o Play equipment location <br /> o Community buildings <br /> o Turf areas and use <br /> o Pedestrian circulation and connection improvements <br /> o Parking opportunities <br /> o Signage improvements for City entry locations and wayfmding <br /> o Etc. <br /> • Plans shall be (24" x 36" at 1" = 30') for the areas defined.
