Discussion of CSAH ii east of Sergquist Drive:
Bike/Snowmobile Trail: It is necessary to have a trail system east to Breezy
Point.
Driving Lanes: That area of CSAH li functions as a road, not as a street. The
lanes should be kept narrow and the width should be consistent with the
remainder of CSAH ii going west.
Sidewalks/Crosswalks: Sidewalks are a maintenance issue; is not necessary to
run sidewalks all the way to the new highway. Sidewalks, hould, end at Bergquist
Drive or go just beyond in front of Ideal Systems. On te.outh side of CSAH ii,
the sidewalk should end at Gravdahl Drive at the Scafdia rages.
Parking: There is no need for parallel parking ;;;ut we need to plan for space
to add it as the area is developed. Parallel p, "ing on the north side should
extend east to Ber uist Drive.
