Youngberg, J. Hoskin, P. Hoskin, L. Dewes *Call Re�ular Meetin� to Order 5:15 p.m. Commissioner Peterson called the meeting to order and welcomed everybody. XConsider A�enda/ Chan�es No Changes *Consent Agenda/Resular Meetin� Motion to Accept the Minutes and Bills Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Ness, All Ayes; Motion carried. *West Grove None *Siblev Terrace Tenant Skipped without notice or payment of rent. We must store belongings I S days then can sell to recoup rent. *ParkView Tenant Skipped without notice. XAlpine None *Executive Director's Report. The Housing Authority will email the agenda and minutes (possibly the bills) to commissioners the Thursday prior to Board Meeting *Maintenance En�ineer's Renort Venting of the boiler room with a duct & fan system has been installed to cool the area where the Modem is located. It has brought down the temperature 10-15 degrees and seems to be helping. Motion to Accept bid from Sigh Spot for new building sign for Sibley Terrace Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Ness, All Ayes; Motion carried. *Other Business Election of Officers Keep Chairman-Peterson Moved by Hofius, Seconded by Ritter, All Ayes; Motion carried. Keep Vice Chair-Ritter & Secretary-Hofius Moved by Ritter, Seconded by Ness, All Ayes; Motion carried. *Open Forum Residents are having issues with the beauty operator. Concerns raised about insurance requirements and equipment belongings. The Housing Authority will poll tenants to see if more would start using the courtesy service if changes were made and reliable operator was available on a regular basis. *Adiournment 5:50 p.m. Moved by Ness, Seconded by Ritter, All Ayes: Motion carried.
