City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes _ <br />AGENDA ITEM #3.7 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY C OUNCIL <br />Report Prepared by: Sandy Peine, City Clerk <br />Date: April 2, 2013 <br />Subiect: Pay Equity Compliance <br />Report: The City is required to report to the Minnesota <br />Department of Management & Budget (MMB) every three <br />years regarding pay equity. MMB provides cities with <br />software for reporting purposes. The purpose of the reports <br />is to determine if female classes are paid consistently below <br />male classes of comparable work value. <br />The attached letter and certificate of compliance from <br />MMB indicates that the City of Pequot Lakes has met the <br />requirements of the Pay Equity Act for 2012. <br />Council Action Repuested: Council motion <br />acknowledging that the City of Pequot Lakes has <br />successfully met the Pay Equity requirements for 2012. <br />
