They are forwarding you one recommendation at this <br />time. <br />i. Future Sale of Tax Forfeited Land. Crow Wing County would like to classify <br />a tax-forfeited property (PID 2900342ooAA0009) as "Non-Conservation" so that <br />it may be sold in the future at auction. They are requesting the City's input on <br />reclassifying and selling the subject property. <br />The vacant property is .06 acres and is located in the NW 1/a of SE 1/a of Section <br />three. The subject property is non-conforming, because it does not meet the <br />minimum size or dimensional requirements for the Forest Management Zone. <br />The Planning Commission is recommending the property be listed as <br />"non-conservation". The Planning Commission also recommends <br />the subject property be sold directly to an adjacent property owner <br />since the property is not buildable. <br />�����*�*��* <br />I will be in attendance of the upcoming meeting.
