Dragisich, PE <br />Executive Vice President and Consultant <br />Mr. Nicholas Dragisich will be the senior officer <br />responsible for overall project management. He <br />has been directly responsible or involved in <br />numerous utility expense and cost analysis studies <br />and in the development of Excel based computer <br />models for utilities in Minnesota, Iowa, <br />Wisconsin, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Virginia, <br />North Carolina and Washington. Mr. Dragisich is the Manager of <br />Consulting Services for Springsted Incorporated. He has over 20 years <br />of management experience ranging from city manager to city engineer. <br />He holds a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's <br />degree in civil engineering. Mr. Dragisich is a registered professional <br />engineer in Minnesota and Washington. <br />Paul T. Steinman, CIPFA <br />Vice President and Client Representative <br />2_ <br />i� <br />Mr. Paul Steinman has more than 20 years of <br />experience working in and for the public sector. He <br />has extensive working knowledge of development <br />and redevelopment tools, long -term operational <br />financial planning, capital improvement planning <br />and public finance/bond transactions.
