APPENDIX A <br />Materials /Services to be provided by the City <br />• City population projections and estimated new connections per year; <br />• Historic consumption and billing records by account, if possible, for the 12 months prior, for <br />each utility included in the rate study; <br />• Historic summary consumption data by utility for previous four years including number of <br />connections by user type, water pumping records, and gallons billed; <br />• Current year fee schedule and utility billing system information necessary to analyze historic <br />consumption and billing data above; <br />• Financial statements for most recent year (audited or unaudited), plus three years prior; <br />• Year to date financial activity for each utility; <br />• Current year budget (and upcoming year, if available) for each utility; <br />'1%— • Current connection charges and basis for calculating; <br />N— <br />• Capital improvements for ten years (estimated) for each utility; <br />• Completed Policy & Objectives worksheet discussed at initial meeting with City staff; <br />• General information as necessary. <br />Ehlers may already have some of this information and may obtain some from the City's website. <br />Proposal for a Utility Rate Analysis to the <br />City of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota January 2012 <br />
