IV <br />7 <br />Firm ADDroach to the Rate Analvsis g <br />s The Department of Natural Resources statutory requires that any <br />W" <br />City serving over 1,000 people have a water conservation rate <br />structure in place by January 1, 2013. The City stated in its RFP that <br />IIs <br />there are approximately 365 water- accounts. Based on an average <br />Is <br />household size of 2.26 people per household, it appears the City falls <br />below the threshold for implementing conservation rates.
