ORDINANCE NO. 15-_, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING THE RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent: The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to amend Chapter 17 <br /> of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to the Rural Residential Zoning Classification. <br /> Amendment: Chapter 17, Section 17-5.7 RURAL RESIDENTIAL, shall be amended as <br /> follows: <br /> 3. Lot, Use and Density Requirements. <br /> Lot Width - feet, minimum 200 <br /> Buildable Lot Area- acres, minimum 5 <br /> Setback, right-of-way, local streets - feet, minimum 50 <br /> Setback, right-of-way, collector and arterial streets <br /> - feet, minimum 50 <br /> Setback, side - feet, minimum 25 <br /> Setback,corner side - feet,minimum 40 <br /> Setback, sign- feet, minimum 1 <br /> Setback, wetland- feet, minimum 50 <br /> Maximum impervious coverage 15% <br /> Maximum Building Height - feet 25 <br /> Accessory Structure Size square feet, max, cumulative <br /> 2,000 for first 2.5 acres <br /> 1,000 for each additional 2.5 acres <br /> Maximum animal unit per acre 0.5 <br /> Effective Date: This ordinance amendment shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> after passage and publication according to state law. <br /> Repeal: This ordinance shall repeal all ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br /> Passed by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 7th day of July, 2015. <br /> David Sjoblad, Mayor <br />
