This presentation provided a detailed analysis of the psychological dynamics of police <br />combat and other extreme stress incidents. <br />• Chief Klang attended the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) and Command Academy <br />January 31 — February 3 at Camp Ripley. Chief Kiang was one of 10 Chiefs awarded a <br />scholarship covering all expenses for material, lodging and meals. The scholarship is possible <br />through a partnership between the Motorola Solutions Foundation and the Minnesota Chiefs of <br />Police Association. <br />
