The resulting <br />structure may not exceed 2,500 sq. ft. regardless of which tier the structure is in. <br />The amendment was also changed to allow a state licensed building inspector OR <br />a professional engineer to submit written documentation that the existing <br />building is structurally sound and can accommodate an addition. The previous <br />amendment forwarded to the Council only allowed for a state licensed building <br />inspector to submit the documentation. <br />The Planning Commission is recommending the Ordinance <br />Amendment be approved. <br />I will be unable to attend the February meeting due to the change of the meeting date.
