2. In the event that the School District presents a Petition to the City for the vacation of <br />a portion of Olson Street the City cannot guarantee that said Petition would be <br />granted but does commit to review all available options in response to such a Petition. <br />3. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs, successors, or assigns, <br />as the case may be. If any portion, section, subsection, sentence, clause, paragraph, or <br />phrase of this Agreement is for any reason held invalid, such decision should not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Agreement. <br />II.
