(3) Change by Ordinance: Any change in the City sewer <br />availability charge amount, as hereinafter set forth shall be <br />by Ordinance Amendment. <br />B. Determination of Charge. The amount of the availability charge <br />shall be determined by the City by first determining the number of <br />Equivalent Residential Connections (ERC's) applicable to t# <br />1' <br />particular property. The number of ERC's shall be calculated <br />accordance with the Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) Pr <br />Manual (using the most current edition) from the Endo t <br />Services division of the Metropolitan Council (locateir t. <br />The number of ERC's shall equal the number of s from <br />r <br />this document.
