PRESERVE GOLF COURSE <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> PRESERVE GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE <br /> MAY 8, 2015 <br /> PRESENT: Tom Beaver, Cullen Lakes Association; Chad Bohnenstingl and Mike <br /> Bohnenstingl, Preserve Golf Course Management; Dave Sjoblad, East Twin Lake <br /> Association and City of Pequot Lakes; Sara Ahlers and Sarah Fogderud,A.W. Research <br /> Laboratories; and Dawn Bittner, City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> ABSENT: Dave Morris, East Twin Lake Association. <br /> Introduce New East Twin Lake representative: <br /> Mr. Morris was unable to attend due to a pry engagement. <br /> Review the 2013 meeting Minutes: <br /> A motion was made by Mike Bohnenstingl, seconded by Dave Sjoblad,to approve the <br /> May 10, 2013 Minutes, as read. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Review the A.W. 2014 Lab Results(Sara Ars): <br /> , fr <br /> Sara reviewed the Introduction and the Sampling Sch ule. Chair Beaver pointed out <br /> the Environmental Advisory Committee (EA meets biannually and the new format for <br /> the report is very easy to understand. Mike Bohnenstingl stated that the Preserve has <br /> adhered to the monitoring schedule all these years and the monitoring results are no <br /> longer b• ,E no new information is being collected that can be put to good use. <br /> The EA d scussed the necessity of continuing testing of the wetlands and the <br /> lysimeter A motion was made by Mike Bohnenstingl, seconded by Dave Sjoblad,to <br /> continue sampling biannually Wetlands 1, 2 and 3 and the new beaver dam site <br /> beginning 2016. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Revisit the Environmental Conditions of the CUP for Potential Changes <br /> and/or Exclusions/Additions: <br /> Chair Beaver provided copies of the 29 Conditions of the original Conditional Use <br /> Permit for review. A motion was made by Dawn Bittner, seconded by Dave Sjoblad, to <br /> recommend the Pequot Lakes Planning Commission review the Conditions and make <br /> the following changes: <br /> • Condition 2 - Omit; <br /> • Condition 5 - Omit; <br /> • Condition 6 - Omit; <br /> • Condition 16 — Update to 7080 — 7083; <br /> 1 <br />
