ORDINANCE NO. 15-_, SECOND SERIES AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE REGARDING APPEALS PROCESS CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES COUNTY OF CROW WING STATE OF MINNESOTA The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: Purpose and Intent: The purpose of this ordinance amendment is to amend Chapter 17 of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to the appeals process. Amendment: Chapter 17, Article 11 shall be amended as follows: Section 17-11.2 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 2. Duties of the Board of Adjustment. To consider appeals from the action of the Zoning Administrator wherein the Board will take the authority of the Administrator. The Board of Adjustment will hear any appeal within thirty (30) days of the Zoning Administrator's action.
