A complete re-construction of the portion of Pequot Blvd. between <br /> West Grove Street & West Sibley Street, along with two parking areas on <br /> the west side of Sibley Lake Park. <br /> 2. A bituminous overlay of Brown Street from South Oak Street to <br /> Honeysuckle Street. <br /> 3. A bituminous overlay of West Grove Street from Hwy. 371 west to <br /> Sibley Lake-Park. <br /> 4. A bituminous overlay of the entire block of South Heath Street. <br /> 5. A bituminous overlay of North Heath Street from Brown Street to <br /> West Sibley Street. <br /> Mike Loven explained that because Anderson Brothers was the low quote, <br /> he requested another quote for additional shouldering work with top-soil & <br /> seeding for$10,232.11. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO ACCEPT THE QUOTE <br /> FROM ANDERSON BROTHERS FOR $93,781.60 TO COMPLETE THE <br /> ROAD PROJECTS LISTED ABOVE. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.2. Request for Engineering Proposal for Improvements to Pequot Boulevard <br /> Mike Loven requested approval for an engineering proposal from WSN to <br /> look at design and estimated costs for an upgrade of Pequot Boulevard <br /> from West Lake Street to Ramsey Street. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO AUTHORIZE WSN TO <br /> DRAFT A PROPOSAL FOR THE UPGRADE OF PEQUOT <br /> BOULEVARD FROM WEST LAKE STREET TO RAMSEY STREET. <br /> MAYOR SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION.
