CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 24-12 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATIONS AND/OR GRANTS FROM <br /> FEBRUARY 01, 2024 THROUGH FEBRUARY 29, 2024 <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Pequot Lakes is generally authorized to accept <br /> donations of real and personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br /> 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens and is specifically authorized to accept gifts <br /> and bequests for the benefit of recreational service pursuant to Minnesota <br /> Statutes Section 471 .17; and <br /> WHEREAS, The following persons and entities have offered to contribute the <br /> cash sums set forth below to the City: <br /> Name of Donor Amount Requested Use of Contribution or Grant <br /> See attached list of donors <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PEQUOT <br /> LAKES, MINNESOTA that all donations and/or grants described above are <br /> hereby graciously accepted by the City of Pequot Lakes and shall be used as <br /> requested by the donors or grant requirements. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council expresses its gratitude to the <br /> donors of the gifts. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 4th day of March, <br /> 2024. <br /> Tyler Gardner <br /> ATTEST: Mayor <br /> 17"3/A.7 <br /> Angie D, <br /> City Administrator <br />
