Sluetter Rd
On April 13,2015, Mr. Maurie Graham attended the Loon Lake April meeting
to discuss what can be done with the N. Sluetter Road shared with the City of
Pequot Lakes. Mr. Graham indicated that he would be initiating a petition with the
residents along said road for a paving project to be assessed solely to those residents
living within the City of Pequot Lakes. He also indicated that this would be
projected to be done with no costs or assessments borne by Loon Lake Township or
residents within Loon Lake Township boundaries.
Loon Lake board told Mr. Graham that this would require a Joint Powers
Agreement with the City of Pequot Lakes. Shared maintenance on said road would
continue as agreed upon with the City of Pequot Lakes.
Loon Lake Township board made and seconded a motion to proceed with a
Joint Powers Agreement should the City of Pequot Lakes city council decide
to go ahead with the project
ezySincly
aul Gra a 1,clerk
Town of Loon Lake
