Land Use Permits: The following permits were either issued/applied for in <br />February (some may be pending): <br /> <br />1. L-24-01; The Range, for a New Build (Lot 9) <br />2. L-24-02; The Range, for a New Build (Lot 10) <br />3. L-24-03; Construct a 4 Season Porch & add an enclosed entry on side of house <br />4. Other Permits: The following ‘other’ permits were issued/applied for in <br />February (some may be pending): (Rezone, Variance, CUP, SSTS/design/installs, etc.): <br /> <br />1. RZ 24-01; Rezone Application – PLAID LLC, rezone from FM to Commercial, PIN <br />29110540 (this will be presented at the March PZ Mtg) <br />2. MB 24-01; Metes and Bounds Application – spilt PIN 29020508 <br />3. V 24-01; Variance for new construction in UR for slab on grade 800 sq ft house, <br />40x60 shop with 20x60 living quarters with 20x60 car port. PIN 29150955/56/57 <br />(this will be presented at the March PZ Mtg) <br />4. C 24-02; CUP for HOTGL Apartments with Corner Lot Development Group (this <br />will be presented at the March PZ Mtg) <br /> <br /> <br />D. Update on Violations: The City Staff is currently working on the following <br />potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until <br />they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br />1. K.Pinske & M.Rizza Albino: 31810 Tulenchick St <br />a. Letter sent 1/12/2024 (Re: 11/14/2023) <br />b. Sent an extension letter to have all things completed by 5/31/24, which <br />was an agreed upon date by he and City. <br />2.
