Zoning Administrator's Monthly Report <br />January 2024 <br />A. Land Use Permits: The following permits were issued late Dec. and January-. <br />1. American Legion; 9x7 Entry/Vestibule on existing slab <br />2. Pronley residence; House tear down and rebuild <br />3. The Range: New House Build (lot 9) <br />4. The Range: New House Build (lot 10) <br />B. Other Permits: The following `other' permits were issued in January: <br />(Rezone, Variance, CUP, SSTS/design/installs, etc.): <br />1. E911 sign (2na sign at the property) <br />2. SSTS design: Pronley residence <br />3. SSTS design: Morrow <br />4. Variance approval for J.Byrne's tear down and rebuild (cont. from Nov. meeting) <br />a. Land Use Permit and SSTS permit will be submitted soon. <br />C. Other Business: <br />1. Incoming calls with inquiries daily on a variety of topics. Continue to work with <br />Justin and Thomas at Sourcewell. Thomas has officially taken on Justin's Pequot <br />Lakes role. <br />2. Rezone from Ag to FM application (presenting at Council's Feb. meeting) <br />3. Ordinance Amendment 24-01 (presenting at Council's Feb. meeting) <br />A Update on Violations: The City Staff is currently working on the following <br />potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on each of these each month until <br />they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br />1. PJS Property LLC: PID 29100929 <br />a.
