Review CFP Annual & 5 Year Action Plan 2022-2026 <br />Explained and discussed items for each year. <br />3. Ag-journment of Public Meeting <br />10:14am Moved by Dittes, seconded by Daniels, All Ayes; Motion carried. <br />4. Call Board Meeting to Order <br />10:15 a.m. by M. Ridgley <br />S. Review & Approve Agenda <br />Reviewed, change board meetings time to 10:00am <br />Motion to approve agenda as amended. <br />Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Daniels, All Ayes; Motion carried <br />6. Consent ofMinutes, Payment of bills & Financials <br />Motion to accept the Minutes, Payment of bills and Financials. <br />Moved by Ridgley, Second by Daniels, all Ayes; motion carried. <br />7. Sibley Terrace <br />Vacant unit ready to rent by 1/17/24. Discussed security deposit amount. <br />Director will loop into raising amount and present to Board at a later date. <br />S. Parkview I & II <br />Housing Authority Insurance was contacted by the HRA due to incident on <br />1/6/24 during ice storm. <br />9. A1ine <br />Rural Development final mortgage payment will be made 1/25/24. Rural <br />Development will contact the residents to process voucher program that will <br />be accepted by the HRA. <br />10. West C rove <br />Bond of Outstanding Indebtedness from US Bank submitted to CWC Financial <br />Services Division. <br />11. Office Resort <br />Insurance benefits all in place for 2024. CRP's nearly completed for 2023 tax <br />year. <br />12. Other Business <br />Nomination of Ridgley for Board Chair. <br />Motion to accept Ridgley as Board Chair <br />Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Ronning, all Ayes; motion carried <br />
