City Council Minutes <br /> April 7, 2015 <br /> Page 8 of 8 <br /> Council Member Akerson suggested that the Council be mindful of the <br /> Highway 371 related costs prior to bonding for streets. <br /> IT WAS THE CONSENSUS OF THE COUNCIL TO CALL A SPECIAL <br /> COUNCIL MEETING ON AUGUST 18TH 2015 AT 6:00 P.M. FOR THE <br /> PURPOSE OF HOLDING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANNING AND <br /> BUDGET WORK SHOPS. <br /> 10.2. Highway 371 Bridge Committee <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON MOVED TO A POINT <br /> COUNCILMEMBER KARR, MAYOR SJOBLAD, MIKE LOVEN, DAWN <br /> BITTNER, SANDY PEINE, WSN, AND AN EDC ME11IR TO A <br /> COMMITTEE TO WORK WITH MNDOT:ON THE DESti- OF THE <br /> HIGHWAY 371 BRIDGES. COUNCIL (EMBER AKERS's SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED � <br /> Tim Houle stated that WSN has been asked to join design teams relating <br /> to the Highway 371 project. He questioned ' -ther the Council had an <br /> issue with WSN working with' ,r profession��,It was the consensus of <br /> the Council that WSN workings other professionals on the Highway <br /> 371 project would not create a conflict the engineering services they <br /> provide to the City of Pequot Lakes t'tvvith the engineering services they <br /> provide to the City of Pequot Lakes. e�;; <br /> 11.
