Selling the lots to the developers is instant revenue to the city. Mr. Glynn brings a discussion of an entrepreneur program that has been sponsored by BLAEDC at both Brainerd and Pequot Lakes high schools. He talks about the things they cover and that they encourage students to attend a University of St. Thomas program that encourages future entrepreneurs. 12. Expiring Commissions December 31, 2023 Commission Holley's term is expiring at the end of this month. She intends on completing an updated application for appointment and would like to remain on the EDC Commission. 13. Calendar for 2024, EDC attendance at City Council Meetings Chair Lottman expresses that he is happy to have a member attend monthly Council Meetings.
