Sibley Terrace <br />Reviewed preliminary budget, no changes needed. Vacant unit is ready, calls <br />out to applicants on waiting list. Laundry room newly painted. <br />S. Parleview I & 11 <br />Reviewed preliminary budget, no changes needed. New playground equipment <br />is still being looped into for Spring. One vacant unit at Parkview II. <br />6. Alpine <br />Reviewed preliminary budget, no changes needed. All new smoke detectors are <br />installed. Tenants will apply for assistance directly with Rural Development <br />after our last mortgage payment in February. <br />7. West Cirove <br />All new smoke detectors and new water heater discharge pipes are installed. <br />Levy passed at City Council. <br />S. Office Report <br />All insurance policies are in place and in effect 1/1/24. Workman's comp paid <br />for the full year 2024. PTO model finalized and updating Personnel Policy. <br />9. Open Forum <br />Sibley Terrace tenant expressed concerns about some confidential <br />information from the Board meetings being shared with other Sibley Terrace <br />residents and causing unnecessary turmoil. <br />11.
