The City annually <br />designates the Echo Journal and the Brainerd Dispatch as its official newspapers. <br />The Echo Journal is the main newspaper used by the City and the Brainerd <br />Dispatch is mainly used as a backup in the case of a missed publication deadline. <br />Council Action Requested: Council motion adopting the attached resolution <br />designating official newspapers for 2024. <br />
