We will only bill for design services as they are accrued. If the design and review <br /> process goes more efficiently and takes less time we will not bill any unused remaining fee <br /> amount. Reimbursable expenses would include construction document and large format printing <br /> if necessary, mileage and time associated with any special meetings. <br /> Our schedule is such that we could complete the work on the deliverables in about 4-6 weeks <br /> from the date of receiving a signed proposal, depending on the schedule for the design review <br /> meetings. Plan review timeline for Minnesota State Plumbing is typically 2-3 weeks. <br /> We understand that you will be reviewing this proposal at your March 12th Park Commission <br /> meeting. If you have questions or would like further information regarding our proposal we <br /> would be happy to provide you with it. If you are in agreement with our proposed scope of <br /> services, please sign and return one copy of this letter for our records.
