Amended Proposal for Engineering Services on ROW Irrigation Design and Permitting Mayor Sjoblad noted that the Engineer has been requested to submit a revised engineering proposal for the ROW irrigation system which eliminates the work on components of the existing wastewater system. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO RESCIND THE MOTION APPROVING THE ENGINEERING PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN OF A ROW IRRIGATION, WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS AND PERMITTING ASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $112,000 MADE AT THE'MARCR3, 2015 COUNCIL MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER KARR SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. f,. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE AMENDED PROPOSAL FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF ROW IRRIGATION AND PERMITTING ASSISTANCE. COUNCIL MEMBER KARR SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 5.2. Consider Resolutions for Quit Claim Deeds of Moberg Property The Clerk explained that MnDOT is acquiring property from a resident of Pequot.Lakes for the Highway 371 project. The City's spray irrigators presently overspray onto this property. The City is required to sign the documents relating to the property transfer which relinquishes the City's rights to use the property for wastewater irrigation. MnDOT will in turn enter into a use agreement to allow the City to continue to use the land up to a specific date. COUNCIL MEMBER KARR MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 15-09 RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PRIVATE REAL PROPERTY IN PEQUOT LAKES, MINNESOTA BY MNDOT AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THOSE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY INSTRUMENTS REQUESTED BY MNDOT TO FACILITATE ACQUISITION. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 5.3. Consider Resolution Approving Conveyance and Donation of Property to MnDOT
