ORDINANCE NO. 15-01, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 3 <br /> AND 5 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> RELATING TO EMPLOYEE AND VOLUNTEER BACKGROUND AND <br /> CRIMINAL HISTORY INVESTIGATIONS <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes does ordain as follows: <br /> Purpose and Intent. The purpose and intent of this ordinance amendment is to amend <br /> Chapter 3 of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to employee and/or volunteer <br /> background investigations and Chapter 5 of the Pequot Lakes City Code relating to <br /> criminal history investigations. <br /> Amendment.
