It has been <br /> budgeted to be replaced. Tenants wanted to know why apartments are shown to prospective new tenants <br /> before current tenants move out. This is to ensure no prolonged vacancies and is written into the lease that <br /> all tenants sign upon move-in. Tenants discussed a dog and the dog's owner living with a tenant, but were <br /> not on the lease. The dog, his owner and the tenant have since moved out of the apartment complex. <br /> (Discuss reducing 2-week guest stay next meeting.) Tenants mentioned personal items being in the <br /> community room. All items will be removed from the community room. Tenants informed the board of a <br /> bike and coffee table being stored in the front hall closet. Items will be removed. Tenants voiced <br /> concerns about the community room carpet and furniture being dirty and smelly.
