Engineering Services for 2015 <br /> Tim Houle addressed the Council regarding providing engineering <br /> services for 2015. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO REAPPOINT WSN AS THE <br /> CITY ENGINEERS FOR 2015. COUNCIL MEMBER KARR SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 9.2. Joint Powers Road Agreements <br /> Mike Loven requested the Council to enter into road agreements with the <br /> City of Jenkins, Ideal Township, Loon Lake Township and the City of <br /> Nisswa. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON MOVED TO ENTER INTO A 5-YEAR <br /> JOINT POWERS ROAD AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF JENKINS, <br /> IDEAL TOWNSHIP, LOON LAKE TOWNSHIP, AND THE CITY OF <br /> NISSWA. Spray Irrigation Land Donation <br /> The City Clerk explained that the City Council had entered into a non- <br /> binding Memorandum of Agreement with MnDOT regarding the Highway <br /> 371 project.
