Perform SSTS Inspections. <br /> 4. Enforce compliance of City Code; prepare written records and reports of <br /> investigation and violations. <br /> 5. Prepare detailed, accurate Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. <br /> 6. Provide mapping as requested. <br /> 7. Wellhead Protection Implementation. <br /> 8. Comprehensive Plan Implementation. <br /> 9. Provide administrative duties for Planning Commission. <br /> 10. Prepare meeting minutes for boards and commissions in the Clerk's absence. <br /> 11. Provide administrative support duties for City Clerk's Office. <br /> 12. Maintain Safety Program. <br /> 13. Maintain Cemetery Records. <br /> 14. Update the Business Inventory and maintain Business Directory on website. <br /> Current Projects for the Department: <br /> 1. Wellhead Protection Implementation. <br /> 2. Comprehensive Plan Implementation. <br /> 3. State Highway 371 expansion. <br /> 4. Inventory and mitigate Sibley/Mayo Lakes SSTS Compliance. <br /> 5. Develop Emergency Management Plan. <br /> 6. Draft SSTS Program. <br /> 7. Update Business Park Map. <br /> Mid-Range Department Plans (five years): <br /> 1. Wellhead Protection Implementation(ongoing). <br /> 2. Comprehensive Plan Implementation (ongoing). <br /> 3. Implement SSTS Program. <br /> 4. Update Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance, as necessary. <br /> Long-range Department Plans (ten years): <br /> 1. Begin Wellhead Protection Update at year 8 — 2021. <br /> 2.
