Call the meeting to order. <br />Meeting called to order at 6:05PM <br />2. Approval of agenda. Chief Schwankl requested to add annual certification of service credit <br />and monthly operations report to the agenda. Motion by joe and second by bob to approve <br />agenda with additions. Motion passed. <br />3. Motion by Pete second by Bob to approve meetings from December, January, and February <br />meetings. Motion passed <br />4. Motion by Joe second by Pete to approve financial report. Motion passed <br />5. Operation report was presented. The department had 8 calls for service and 6 hours of <br />training in the month of February. <br />6. Certification of service credit. The certification for service credit for year ending 2022 was <br />presented. 2 members did not get credit for service for the year. Firefighter Konner Dik <br />abandoned his position on the department and did not make required percentages. Kate <br />Petersen did not make annual call percentages and did not receive credit. This is the <br />second year Kate Petersen has not received credit for a year. Motion by Tyler, second by <br />Bob to accept the certification of service credit as presented. Motion passed. <br />7. Motion to approve capital budget changes to purchase ipads, increase fuel, and increase <br />radio budgets by Joe and seconded by Tyler. Motion passed. <br />8. Updated take home vehicle policy was reviewed. Motion by Tyler, second by Pete to <br />approve amended take home policy as written. Motion passed. <br />9. Motion by Tyler to appoint the Mayors of Breezy Point and Pequot Lakes to serve as the <br />Relief Board trustees for 2023, second by Joe. Motion passed. <br />10. Motion by Joe, second by Pete to table capital plan until April. Motion passed. <br />11. Discussion was held on the possibility to have a new position with the city of Breezy Point <br />take over the fiscal agent responsibilities. <br />12. Adjournment of the meeting was at 6:36PM <br />
