Housing & RedeveIopment Authority of Pequot Lakes <br />February 171, 2023 <br />Commissioners present: Pat Dullum, Pat Dines, Mike Ridgley, Sebastian Mesa, <br />Ken Daniels <br />Also present: Acting Director- Lynn Katzenberger, T. Lanning, P. Klement, D. Botham <br />1. Call Regular Meeting to Order <br />4:00p.m. Chairman P. Dullum called the meeting to order. <br />2. Consent of Agenda <br />Motion to accept agenda as presented. <br />Moved by Dittes, Seconded by Mesa, all Ayes; motion carried. <br />3. Consent of Minutes, Payment of Bill and Financials <br />Motion to accept the Minutes, Payment of Bills and Financials. <br />Moved by Ridgley, Seconded by Daniels, all Ayes; motion carried. <br />4. West Grove <br />Taking applications for vacant unit. <br />5. Sibley Terrace <br />Discussed CFP 5-year action plan & annual statement. Handrails had been added <br />into the plan. <br />Motion to accept Five -Year and Annual Plan Resolution 2023-01 <br />Moved by Mesa, Seconded by Ridgley, all Ayes; motion carried. <br />6. ParkView <br />Parkview I vacant unit will be occupied and will be showing Parkview II vacant unit <br />next week. <br />7. Alpine <br />Interior work on -going. Freshen up paint color and repair to front entry threshold. <br />8. Executive Director's Report <br />Health insurance increased 14.3%. Discussed who will be picking up the increase. <br />Went over percentages and costs for both the HRA and employees. Employee will <br />pay the increase on what the employee is already paying per month. Total for fulI- <br />time employee will be $58.13/month. May revisit in a few months. <br />Motion to accept employee paying the health insurance increase of 14.3% on what <br />their current monthly premium cost is. <br />Moved by Mesa, Seconded by Daniels, all Ayes; motion carried. <br />
