Lanning and B. Eastvold CAU Regular Meeting to Order 4:00p.m. Chairman Dullum called the meeting to order. * Consider Agenda/Changes - None * Consent Agenda/Regular Meeting Motion to accept the Minutes, Payment of The Bills and Financials. Moved by Botham, Seconded by Mesa, aU Ayes; motion carried. * West Grove Vacant I bdrm unit (unfinished) will need to be inspected to see what is left to do as notes were not left by exiting maintenance. Sibley Terrace Boiler gauges will need to be checked every 48 hours. Theilens will be doing this until we secure maintenance. Lynn was shown how to read gauges; however, we will still need troubleshooting and certification. * Park View Parkview II vacant unit floors done, painting done, remainder of unit unfinished. * At, ine Have applicant for 21,11 floor unit for end of January. Floors done; painting done; remainder of unit unfinished. * Executive Director's.Report Working on getting Lynn installed on the various funding programs, signatory authority, SAM/SPEARS and RE4C/eL0CCS among others. * Maintenance Revort Tami placing calls for contract "handyman" help. Meeting with a contractor from Pine River on 12/20122 also 1/5/23 with contractor from Pequot. Maintenance ad placed on Craigslist, Marketplace. Will look into ZipRecruiter & Jobslist.com. Other Business No Business * Open Forum Parkview I resident asked if we had placed an ad in the local paper for maintenance position. She was told that we only just received the severance letter 4 days prior and then had 3-day snow event, however it is being considered. This resident also asked if we advertise for Board members, and she was told the City of Pequot does that.
